CFO
Work location: Vietnam (remote)
We believe that the CFO plays a key role in our overall success, especially in the long run. You will work alongside other C-Suite team members and take ownership of all company fiscal and regulatory matters.
What are main responsibilties

Executing the company's financial strategy

Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure

Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions

Assisting the BOD to develop financial plans

Managing accounting procedures
-
Other tasks as required by TAN BOD

What education and experience are required

BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus; CPA is a strong advantage

In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting

Deep understanding of business
-
5+ years of experience in the finance industry and managing a team

Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow

Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
