We believe that human resources is the most important and valuable asset for the company. Thus, the role of a CHRO who are on the top level in our HR department are especially critical. At TAN, we are looking for a CHRO who can “find, grow, and keep” talents as what modern HR means, making an impressive impact on the success of the company.

What are main responsibilties

  • Recruiting and staffing

  • Setting HR policies

  • Training and developing staff

  • Increasing staff morale and productivity

  • Developing organization

  • Other tasks as required by TAN BOD

What skills and abilities are required

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

  • The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

What education and experience are required

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Ph.D. may be preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in HR (in both junior and senior HR roles)

  • Being familiar with HR software/tools

  • Sound knowledge of labor laws (extra knowledge of other laws are preferred) and HR functions

  • Experience in negotiation

  • Experience in conflict resolution
