What are main responsibilties

Recruiting and staffing

Setting HR policies

Training and developing staff

Increasing staff morale and productivity

Developing organization

Other tasks as required by TAN BOD
What skills and abilities are required

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment

Strong planning and organizational skills
What education and experience are required
-
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Ph.D. may be preferred)

5+ years of experience in HR (in both junior and senior HR roles)

Being familiar with HR software/tools
-
Sound knowledge of labor laws (extra knowledge of other laws are preferred) and HR functions
-
Experience in negotiation
-
Experience in conflict resolution
