Chief Legal Officer
Work location: Vietnam (remote)
As a CLO at TAN, you will be the most powerful legal executive who is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the business. We are looking for a legal expert while acting as a leader.
What are main responsibilties

Aligning legal and business strategies to enable value creation

Providing legal critical guidance and innovative solutions that drive the company forward

Guiding legal and regulatory matters for the business, mitigating risks, and protecting our brand and reputation

Optimizing legal efficiency and effectiveness to best serve the business

Other tasks as required by TAN BOD

What education and experience are required

BS degree in Law (Master's degree in Law is preferred)

MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an asset

Proven comparable law firm experience

Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)

Knowledge of or experience in other laws are preffered
