Work location: Vietnam (remote)
TAN is a growing retail and tech company, and we need a COO to be the right hand of our thriving CEO.
What are main responsibilties

Building, operating, and managing the company

Building, operating, managing, and developing TAN's technology platform
-
Finding, cooperating and managing suppliers for TAN
-
Carrying out investment attraction and fund-raising activities
-
Hiring and training senior managers
-
Other tasks as required by TAN BOD
What skills and abilities are required

Competency in strategic planning and business development

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

Strong project management and multitasking skills

Technology and financial skills are preferred
What education and experience are required

BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
-
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.

Proven experience as Operating Director or relevant role

Extensive experience within retail and technology industry
-
Experience in fundraising will be a plus

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
